- "Builder" - located on the Volga near the Zhiguli Gate. 50 houses for 120-150 people were built on the territory. In summer, 4 shifts are organized.

The University is open from Monday to Friday. Classes start at 8:30 a.m. and last until 5-6 p.m. Between couples there are breaks for rest and visiting the dining room.
There are two semesters in the academic year, followed by an examination session.
