The history of school No. 4 begins in 1996: until that time, the building housed educational institution No. 88. In 2014, the gymnasium entered the top 500 schools in Russia. Today, the gymnasium successfully teaches students of all classes in English, French and Chinese, prepares them for admission to universities. Good results of passing entrance exams to higher educational institutions (100% admission) made it possible to conclude agreements with NSMU, NGTU, NGPU, NSAEU.

The grant can be received by gifted students who have been confirming their success in studies and out-of-school education for more than a year ( having a learning degree at the end of a half-year (year) of at least 0.64). Grants are awarded twice a year (January and September). The payment of the grant is allocated for students in grades 2-11 of the gymnasium in the amount of 500 to 1000 rubles per month, depending on the rating of students.
