Basic general education (11 - 16 years old): a program consisting of basic subjects and preparation for passing the OGE. Students are encouraged to choose a second foreign language (German or French). Additional education included in the program is classroom hours on various socially sensitive topics, organizing debates and conferences, and introducing students to social problems.

Secondary general education (17 - 18 years old): a program that includes basic subjects and in-depth study of the disciplines chosen for passing the exam. An additional subject is astronomy.

The beginning of the school year is September 1. The gymnasium teaches primary school students in five school days, and grades 5-11 in six school days.
