When entering the first grade of school # 636, a parent or legal representative of a future first grader must fill out an application in person at school or electronically.

The following documents must be attached to the application:

  1. child's birth certificate
  2. certificate of registration of the child at the place of residence or at the place of stay in the assigned territory or a document containing information about the registration of the child at the place of residence or at the place of stay in the assigned territory
