On the balance of BashSU there are 6 corridor-type dormitories for 2703 places. In 2021, a new hotel-type hostel for 560 beds was put into operation. In the dormitories of BashSU there are rooms adapted for use by disabled people and persons with disabilities.
Meals for students are organized in two student canteens and buffets located in 8 academic buildings.

Facilities and equipment at Bashkir State University, BashSU
In 2021, the educational process at the head university was carried out in 14 educational and educational-laboratory buildings. The total area of educational and laboratory buildings is 84,852 sq.m.
Educational and laboratory buildings contain an auditorium fund of 650 classrooms for 94,000 seats, including 76 stream lecture halls, 300 classrooms for seminars, practical classes, computer classes, a laboratory base equipped according to the areas of training, including 274 laboratories and preparatory premises.
Medical care for students is provided on the basis of the municipal polyclinic No. 1 of the city of Ufa and in the health centers located in the educational building of the Faculty of Biology, in the building of the hostel No. 2. There is also a year-round student sanatorium-preventorium, equipped with rooms for medical massage and physiotherapeutic procedures.
Classes of students in general physical training and sports sections are conducted in the educational and sports building, equipped with an open sports ground, in built-in modern sports halls located in two educational buildings.
For a full summer holiday, students are sent on tours around the Republic of Bashkortostan, to the Krasnousolsky sanatorium in the Gafuriysky district, Kazan, St. Petersburg, Sochi. On the balance of the university is a sports and recreation base "Kulchum", located in the Yermekeyevsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Sports and recreation base "Kulchum" has a developed infrastructure:
- five residential buildings with all amenities;
- sauna complex;
- library with a book fund of more than 1000 volumes;
- a medical center with an isolation cell;
- dining room equipped with modern equipment;

The educational process at the university is organized in semesters (autumn and spring), each of which ends with a test and examination session. The school year begins on September 1 and ends in accordance with the curriculum of the relevant educational program.
