Description

Brief information about language program for foreign students whose English proficiency is insufficient to enter the UK university.

The English course provides for the development of general language and academic skills. Students learn vocabulary, grammar, build statements in oral communication with the teacher, write reviews, essays, hold presentations, participate in discussions and debates. Also, the IELTS examination assignments are offered for consideration during lessons.

  • Students age: 17+
  • Start dates: September, January, April.
  • Admission requirements: the level of English not lower than B1.
  • Learning outcome: rapid progress in English, passing IELTS to a high score (sufficient for admission to York University).
