School description

University of New Hampshire University was founded in 1866 and is today considered one of the top 100 US universities. Numerous grants received for research and laboratory experiments (especially in the field of space and sea depth research), NASA support (3 American universities have been awarded this honour) and the newest innovative equipment make the university one of the best sites for academic development and scientific achievements.

Today the total number of university students reaches 15 thousand people (about 1,600 foreign students), and no more than 20 people are involved in each group.

UNIVERSITY TRANSFER PROGRAM

A special course is designed for foreign students planning to enter the university for bachelor's programs and not wanting to lose an additional year in translation.

On the transfer program participants are studied for 1 academic year: they improve the level of the English language, fill knowledge gaps and deepen their qualifications in academic subjects, acquire valuable studying skills necessary for studying in American universities. All classes are held in small classrooms, so that each student can count on the personal attention of the teacher and tutor. Additionally, there are lessons on the culture and history of the United States - students should know the country in which they will study.

Upon successful completion of the program (passing the final exams and obtaining the required number of educational credits), the student is enrolled immediately to the second course in the chosen specialty. Specialties can be selected in 3 main, largest faculties and schools of the university:

  • College of Engineering and Physical Sciences
  • School of Business and Economics Wittmore
  • College of Liberal Arts.

Thus, a foreign student can receive a bachelor's degree in the US for 4 years - the traditional term of higher education - and not lose time when transferring from a university in one country to another country's higher education institution.

You can start the program in August, January or May: you can check with your manager for the exact submission dates.

University Pathway Program

The OHLA University Study Program allows international students to automatically enroll in multiple university programs throughout the United States. A team of experts prepares students for university studies, guides students towards successful admission.

Pathway provides students with the opportunity to prepare for college by getting information, doing exercises that make academic requirements clear, and removing common barriers that can stunt student progress.
