Course Description:

  • It consists of two types of lessons: leadership and management in the twentieth century, the global leader skills and agents of social change.
  • We study the difference between leadership and management, strategies for building successful organizations, solving cultural, ethical, moral dilemmas, ways to increase the creativity and productivity of employees.
  • Teens practice skills in situational communication, building organizational ideologies, critical thinking and writing;
  • There is a group work, in which plans are created for the organization of leadership work in companies;
  • Classes are held in the form of lectures, open discussions, communication with guest speakers, visits to enterprises, meetings with entrepreneurs and business owners.
