University level courses in Swiss College of Hospitality Management
Quick overview: A special one-year course for international pupils of 18+ years, aimed at studying the chosen subject:

This is a basic course, giving students the opportunity to learn the basics of the profession and successfully start their work in the specialty. Course outline:
- The fundamentals of the hotel industry;
- Housekeeping and accommodation;
- Restaurant service;
- Basic Administrative Functions;
- Table and table setting;
- Working in the kitchen;
- Education and development.
The academic year at the Swiss College of Hospitality Management consists of 18 study weeks + 5-7 months of practice (can be held in Switzerland or abroad). Students can apply 4 times a year: sets are conducted in February, May, August and November.
