International Foundation

• Age of students: from 16 years

• Duration: 10 months.

The program for training foreign applicants for admission to the SOAS in case of non-compliance with the initial admission requirements. Foundation directions:

• Social sciencies
• Humanitarian sciences
• Business and law.

Courses start in July and in the second half of September, but students from abroad who want to improve writing and reading should begin their studies in July.

English + profile subjects

• Age of students: from 16 years
• Dates: year-round
• Duration: 3,6,9 months.

Intensive study of English, along with academic disciplines at the basic level required for admission. Additionally held cultural events.

English language (short courses)

• Age of students: from 16 years
• Dates: year-round
• Duration: 3,4,8, 12 weeks.

Intensive English course for foreign students. 3-week courses are held as part of the summer program.

Undergraduate

• Dates: September-May
• Duration: 3-4 years.

The university offers about 350 undergraduate programs: for the first two years, a student studies modules from core subjects by profile, for the third year, you must select 3-4 from the proposed list of disciplines. Every year a student earns credits: for example, one additional module is 30 credits; with further training, credit points are an advantage, giving more chances for further degrees (magistracy and others).

Master's
