School №618 was originally opened as an eight-year general education school, and in 1972 it became eleven-year. 40 years later, in the course of the reorganization, several kindergartens were added to the composition of secondary schools, which significantly expanded the age range of students. School №618 almost every year participates in the ranking of the best in Moscow and the region.

The organization of meals for the pupils of the preschool institution is implemented in accordance with the time the child is in the group - the number of meals depends on this. Meals for schoolchildren are organized in accordance with a 24-day menu.

To pay for the products of the canteen and the buffet, students use the electronic card "Moskvenok" of the "Passage and Meals" system: a personal account replenished by parents remotely.
