In total, the school has developed more than 300 courses and directions (30 of them can be taught at an in-depth level). Each student will be able to attend not only general, compulsory disciplines, but also to choose electives to their liking. The class sizes are small, up to 13 people each, the ratio of teachers to students is 1: 5.

PREPARATION FOR SAT

  • Age of students: 13-18 years (senior classes)
  • Dates of races: from June 26 to July 30
  • Duration of the race: 5 weeks
  • Intensity: 24 hours of lectures and 2 exams.

The summer academic educational course for SAT includes lessons in mathematics and literature, writing an extended essay and a careful examination of the structure and features of the SAT exam. Before the beginning of the studying, all students pass the introductory testing, which distributes them to groups according to age and the initial level of knowledge - this helps to intensify progress, to make the studying more effective. In the process of considering assignments typical for SAT, students will get acquainted with its structure and subtleties, typical mistakes and tricks, "traps" of examiners - this will reduce the emotional barrier and fear of the exam.

On the course, the test exams are surrendered twice, if desired, after the end of the program the student can pass the exam again.

All students get access to the Princeton Review Online Student Center platform: so they can improve and sharpen their skills online, practice writing the most difficult tasks.

A special summer course includes an intensive study of the English language, academic subjects at the student's choice, a variety of sports and creative events, fascinating excursions and master classes. This course will be a great help for those who are planning to study at an American school or college - on a summer course the children will quickly adapt to a new cultural and academic, language environment, acquire the experience of living on campus.

The following academic variants of the program are offered:

  • Wildlife (mathematics, marine biology).

Students will explore the underwater world, conduct a variety of scientific experiments and intensively study mathematics. The course is intended for enthusiastic biologists: students will determine the characteristics of different ecosystems, study anatomy and physiology, energy and nutritional cycles.

Special profile excursions are provided: a trip to the Boston Aquarium, a cruise to the ocean and whale watching.

  • The art of self-expression (English literature, film production, theater and drama)

Active development of personal creative talents, expression of oneself and one's vision, abilities. First, students analyze profile and fiction and begin to study dramatic skill: the skill of "telling stories" in theater, cinema and the visual arts. Subsequently, students will have the opportunity to work as an actor or director, critic, artist and even a choreographer: the participants in the programs shoot a small film and jointly stage the play.

  • Special course "Bridge to English: the connection of the past with the present"

Students learn the history of New England and at the same time practice communicative skills, writing and listening skills (listening comprehension). In their free time, excursions to historical and cultural attractions, reading of fiction, poetry evenings, debates on historical topics and questions, discussions of different stages of American history are organized.

  • Special course "Revolution - time to change"

Historical and social study of various revolutions and coups d'état - the moments that changed the course of world history. The theory of revolution and the history of American revolutions is being studied, students visit historical monuments and memorial sites near Boston.
