A-Level program in Oxford Tutorial College (Oxford Sixth Form College)

Description
The main British program is designed to prepare for the university, considered to be the most popular option for studying in the Sixth Form. The college offers two options A - level: a classic two-year and accelerated, designed for a year.
1. Two-year A-level course
Students themselves choose 1-4 disciplines, which they will study in depth and thoroughly, almost at the university level:
- ICTs
- Accounting
- Foreign languages (Italian, German, Dutch, Arabic, Chinese, French, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Latin)
- Ancient Greek
- Music
- Literary creation
- English literature
- History
- English and Literature
- Philosophy
- Art and design
- Ancient world history
- Human biology
- English
- Religious studies
- Business fundamentals
- Media technology
- Policy
- Classical civilizations
- The photo
- Chemistry
- Higher mathematics
- Anthropology
- Music technology
- Information and culture
- History of art
- Textile
- Geography
- Biology
- Psychology
- Economy
- Mathematics
- Computer science
- Sociology
- Right
- Filmmaking
- Physics.
Students can choose any subjects from the list and combine them on their own. If there are not too many students enrolled in the discipline, classes in mini-groups and individual lessons are organized.
2. A-level annual course
The subjects for study are the same as in the standard biennial program - but the intensity of the studying is even higher: please soberly and objectively evaluate your chances and readiness to study hard. This option is for the most purposeful and ambitious students. Applicants must present very high marks in the GCSE certificate to prove their working capacity.
3. A-level (5 terms)
An additional option of the "golden British educational standard": study begins in January or April and lasts 5 terms. If there is a need, the student starts the course with individual lessons and only after the initial preparation joins the main group. This option is suitable for strong, gifted students, ready to learn the information as quickly as possible, or to students who need a quick and effective repetition of the program before the exams.
Classrooms on the A-level course are very small - for 6 people, on average 4 group lessons and 1 individual lesson per week are provided.
