Intensive English Course

Short information about program for students focused on in-depth study of English.

The intensive course provides an academic load of 27 hours per week. At the lessons students study grammar, vocabulary, practice in reading, writing, listening. Particular attention is paid to the development of communication skills. The emphasis is on acquiring skills to formulate and express their thoughts, ideas, judgments.

• Student age: 16 - 19 years (children's groups are formed by age: 3 - 7 and 8 - 13 years).
• Start date: 5.07 (2 weeks).
• Admission requirements: the level of English - no less than B1.
• Learning outcomes: development and improvement of general language skills, achievement of accuracy in syntax, grammar, gaining confidence in the conversation, expanding the general vocabulary.
• Class size: 15 people.
• Lesson duration: 45 minutes.

Medical Summer Program

The Kings Summer Oxford Medical Summer Program is the perfect preparation for studying at a medical school. The course is aimed at students planning to study medicine and related professions. The course is suitable for those who enroll in Aston Medical School, the UCLan Foundation program or the intensive A-level course.

Students will form an understanding of the medical profession, learn about a wide range of career opportunities, get acquainted with the application process, requirements for applicants. One part of the course is a visit to a university medical school, guest lectures, including a session with a teacher.

The program will help to get an idea about the world of medicine, which means being a doctor, what skills and personal qualities future specialists need.
