Hotel management is one of the leading areas of international business. Education in the specialty of Hotel Management opens up unlimited opportunities for successful employment and career growth.

The educational program perfectly combines theoretical studying with practical skills. Students undergo internships in the best hotels of the Antalya coast. The Academy has two branches - Russian and English. In the English department, all classes, including seminars and practical exercises, are conducted in English only. Students of the Academy study management, marketing, personnel management, computer technologies used in the hospitality industry.

The load for students enrolled in the specialty of Hotel Management is up to 36 teaching hours per week. The educational program also provides for self-study - up to 15 hours a week. On the basis of 9 classes of the general education school (secondary special education) the term of study is 3 years + 1 year bachelor's degree. On the basis of 11 classes of the general education school (secondary special education) the term of study is 2 years + 1 year bachelor's degree.

Graduates receive:

  • Diploma of Specialist of the Turkish Republic;
  • Diploma of the Educational Institute of the United States Hotels Association (EI-AH & LA);
  • Diploma of Bachelor of the Institute of Public Relations, Business and Human Sciences BKF Budapest.

2) Students specializing in F & amp, B Management (management of public catering) receive professional knowledge and skills in restaurant business management, learn the latest technologies in the organization of customer service in public catering establishments. The restaurant business is one of the most dynamically developing in the world, therefore for graduates who have received the diploma of F & amp, B Management, the opportunities for successful employment are very wide.

The program is studied as an additional specialty for the program "hotel management" or can be studied as an independent program. For students studying Hotel Management, to obtain a second diploma in the specialty of F & amp, B Management, it is necessary to pass additionally only one  module per semester. In addition to the modules on Hotel Management, the following disciplines are studied:

  • Activity of the beverage department;
  • Purchases in the F & amp; B;
  • Internship in the hotels of the Antalya coast;
  • Internships in international programs;
  • Planning and supervision in the F & amp; B;
  • Education and development of hotel business.

The academic load is up to 40 teaching hours per week plus 15 hours for self-study:

  • 3 years on the basis of 9 classes of general education school (secondary vocational education ) + 1 year bachelor's degree;
  • 2 years on the basis of 11 classes of general education school (specialized secondary education) + 1 year bachelor's degree.

  • Duration of study: 1 academic year.

Tuition fee includes:

  • Registration fee;
  • Distance learning with the provision of the Derby University educationl process in English;
