Description : English+summer vacation in Hurtwood House School

The British national A-level program is offered at the boarding school. It has a distinctive feature - free choice of subjects. In Hurtwood House students can choose to study any discipline from the list (only 22 subjects). It includes natural sciences (studied individually or in a block), mathematics and higher mathematics, sociology, psychology, history, English, business and law, German, Spanish, French, economics and finance (including accounting), fine arts, media, music, photography, theater, textile production and design.

For foreign students who require additional study of English for GCSE or other purposes, there is a + 15% surcharge.

High School Program for the British GCSE System is offered to international students.

• Duration: 1-2 years, depending on the academic background of the students and the level of the language.
• Subjects of the program: math, science subjects, business, additional language (Spanish, French, Italian).
• Children age: 14-16 years old

Hurtwood House Summer Camp

• Dates: 30.06-3.08
• Duration: from 1 week
• Number of hours: 15 hours of English per week
• Type of studying: mixed
• Requirements for enrollment: the level of English - from beginner to advanced
• Language of instruction: English

Every day from Monday to Friday, students are waiting for classes (15 hours a week):

• Lesson 1 from 9:25 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
• Lesson 2 from 10:30 a.m. to 10:50 a.m.
• Lesson 3 From 10:50 a.m. to 11:55 a.m.
• Project lesson: 12:00 to 12:30.

In the afternoon, students participate in exciting activities in the camp and beyond. Students have something to do every minute free from school: every day in the camp is filled with fun games, events, competitions, excursions, sports and creativity. At Hurtwood House, students will spend the best vacation of their life!

The cost of a week in the camp already includes:

• Accommodation;

• Access to sports facilities and all available sports sections;

Upon request, the school sends a recommended list of things to take to the camp.

The minimum stay in the camp is two weeks, staying in the camp for one week is possible after talking with a representative of the school. Arrivals and departures are organized on Sundays.
