Certificate Programs

Certificate programs allow students to get a certain level of knowledge and skills in the chosen specialty, earn a certain number of credits, which are taken into account in the future if the student decides to continue their studies. The course lasts for 1 semester: the program contains a set of disciplines and subjects necessary for the complete disclosure of all the topics and questions relating to the chosen specialization. Directions of programs:

Training is available both in full-day mode and in part-time (not for all courses). Those students who successfully complete the study program receive a degree in the relevant field and may continue their studies or begin professional work.

A special training program is designed for applicants whose current level of knowledge is not enough to directly enter the bachelor’s department (or the student wants to adapt and improve the level of English). The curriculum is compiled and conducted in conjunction with the Galway Cultural Institute (GCI) professional language and cultural center, whose specialists form a program for the qualitative and effective improvement of the level of English. Classes in language include intensive work on the main sections of linguistics: grammar and vocabulary, oral speech, writing, listening and reading. Much attention is paid to the skills of active speaking, academic English and preparing for the IELTS test. Academic load includes several courses on the basics of business, marketing and communications, as well as active adaptation to the rules of conduct, the educational system and life on campus. Students who have successfully completed the training program may enroll in the undergraduate department of Galway Business School Ireland or other educational institutions in the country.
