Since school number 57 is an institution with advanced and advanced educational content, local curricula are advanced courses. The humanitarian program is a profile course for middle-aged and older schoolchildren who are particularly interested in reading, analyzing literary and scientific texts, writing essays. In humanitarian classes, the number of hours of studying such subjects as:

• literature;
• story;
• literary history;
• Latin (2 hours weekly).

At least once a year, humanitarians write a term research paper, within which they can both deeper reveal the topic studied in the classroom and analyze works that have interested them outside the curriculum. In the process of work, students have the opportunity to consult with school teachers, external specialists - for example, graduates of the institution: students, graduate students.

The humanities profile necessarily includes lectures by top literary scholars, famous critics. Graduates of the school also provide lessons and excursions for today's pupils: this approach is designed to help students get into a certain literary environment, within which it is natural to talk about the literary works of the word, art, and history.

Physics and Mathematics

The physics and mathematics program is an in-depth course in the study of the natural sciences in combination with experimental research for pupils over the seventh grade. Being a member of the Kurchatov Project, School No. 57 is an ideal place for receiving secondary education for teenagers who are gifted in the field of exact disciplines and are prone to applying their knowledge, because the third building of the institution is equipped with laboratories where all the technical conditions for conducting experimental research are created. Features of teaching for physical school students:

• in-depth study of physics and mathematics in conditions of complete mutual correlation of these two programs;
• specially provided hours for performing a physical workshop and solving experimental problems;
• the functioning of summer visiting schools as part of the educational process;
• attracting external specialists to work with students - members of the coaching staff of the Moscow team in physics.

Mathematical and economic program

The Mathematical and Economic Program is a profile course for students from the eighth to the eleventh grade, combining in-depth study of mathematics in combination with economics and applied science. The main feature of this profile in school number 57 is the formation of economic thinking among students and the education of economic analysis skills. The course includes:

• economic theory using economic and mathematical models;
• economic statistics;
• econometrics;
• behavioral economics;
• game theory;
• interdisciplinary interaction of economics, programming, information technology;
• principles and practice of the design and research activities.

In addition to full-time teachers of the educational center No. 57, the following are invited to teach for profile students:

• coach of the Moscow team at the All-Russian School Olympiad in Economics;
• winners of economic competitions;
• teachers of economic programs of prestigious universities (including from the USA and Europe).
