I heard about Brighton from my classmate, who also studied there in the summer, so I wanted to go here, when the opportunity presented itself.
Probably, I would like to live in such a city. We had a lot of excursions to other cities, in particular to London, and it was very nice to return from the noisy, fast capital to Brighton - they somehow became directly related. :)) This is also a big city, the main resort in England, but here everything somehow different, more measured and comfortable, or something. There is a very beautiful promenade, not to go for a walk: there are more active pieces, where there are rides, shops, all in restaurants, and there are more deserted ones where you can walk, look at the sea and feed the seagulls (here they are directly tame!) The prices in the cafe are not very low, but try something from seafood - very tasty and atmospheric lunch in such a place (we had free time for walks, so we managed to sit without rushing).
I also liked the college: clean, reasonably spacious (but not such a huge city, where you can get your own buses and get lost). Of course, everything is electronic and is done on computers, we seldom get books (maximum workbooks). There were few Englishmen on the course, mostly foreigners from Europe, many from Germany.
