I studied French last summer at the Institut Monte Rosa school and can share my impressions.
The school is very beautiful! Stunning territory, very well-groomed, lots of greenery, beautiful buildings, near the lake, where you can swim and go boating. As for living, it's also impossible to say anything bad: beautiful cozy rooms, everything is, very clean and comfortable.
The program is quite intensive: they studied both English and French (emphasis on French), additional lessons could be visited - for example, on developing speech (it is colloquial, which is the biggest problem for many), thematic (on literature, history , Sociology), and all these electives are free. I did not have enough of my knowledge of French for additional classes: for example, for the same sociology, I specified some of the terms from the teacher, because I did not understand them in French. But we must pay tribute - the teachers are very attentive and patient, if you do not understand something, everyone will explain, and not once.
The second thing that I remember is a constant fun and activities! I really nearly ran out of space on the phone for photos, we did not miss a minute! Especially I liked to learn water sports: the lake is very close to school, so you can swim, water ski or boating, sail. I tried horse riding and archery - I wanted it for a long time.
Interesting excursions, we visited beautiful cities and different natural places - Switzerland is really like a picture, in general, never seen anything ugly or old, shabby!
For the trip I say thank you to Smapse company: they chose a school and a program for me, organized a record in the consulate and helped me to collect documents. Even during the training in another country a couple of times contacted them - answered quickly and promptly. I recommend the company!
