Our events come in various formats to suit different needs:
Classic Fairs: This format involves traditional exhibitions where your school is showcased alongside others. Our large-scale exhibitions typically attract between 300 to 1500 attendees, depending on the location. Additionally, we offer remote participation, where a school representative does not attend the event in person but is represented by one of our trained Smart Products and Services managers. Simultaneously, the school representative can be connected via online communication for direct interaction with potential students, leading to better conversion rates.
Private Events: Tailored to the specific requirements of schools, private events can be arranged in any location upon request. Smart Products and Services takes care of everything - from finding and booking the venue (which could be an office, hotel, or restaurant) to preparing for the presentation and school sales. We conduct a comprehensive advertising campaign and follow up with all registrations to ensure that the most targeted clients attend the event. The expected outcome is 10-15 interested families attending the event, with 3-5 of them submitting applications for enrollment afterward.
Webinars: Our webinars serve as an online platform for promotion. We offer various webinar formats, including Q&A sessions, school presentations, and lectures on interesting topics. The main objective is to gather leads and subsequently process them to enroll students. A significant advantage is that there are no geographical or language constraints.
