SUMMER CAMP

Summer camp vouchers are awarded to students aged 7-15 years, whose parents / legal representatives have completed the application and received approval.

Submission of an application is accompanied by the following documents:

1. Passport or other document proving the identity and place of residence of the applicant
2. Birth certificate or passport of the child
3. SNILS of the applicant
4. SNILS child.

After approval for the travel permit, the parent / legal representative must provide:

1. A copy of the passport or other document proving the identity and place of residence of the applicant (with the provision of the original)
2. A copy of the child's birth certificate or passport (for children aged 14 and over) with the presentation of the original, if the copy is not notarized
3. Document confirming the place of registration (residence) of the child
4. A certificate from the polyclinic that the child needs spa treatment with an indication of the profile in the form No. 070 / y.
