Adult dance classes
- Age – from 16 years;
- Duration – from 1 hour;
- The language of instruction is English.
Dance classes for adults are held weekly and can be an aid to improve the technique of those who have already done ballet, or an opportunity to try something new for beginners.
Both basic and advanced level classes are available, differing in dance directions and styles:
- Classic;
- Modern, focusing on the use of space and spine, characterized by a significant sports component and expression, freedom of movement;
- Jazz;
- Modern African, where everyone will be able to get acquainted with the principles of modern African style.
