Prospects for graduates in management after graduation
According to statistics, the average salary of a young graduate with a manager's degree in the UK is £ 21,007 per year, but in fact the amount depends on where to live and work. As part of the training course, students get acquainted with labour law and learn to communicate effectively with people - you can engage in public relations or manage human resources. Managers gain organizational skills and can get administrative positions or plan events. For all the breadth of horizons, a manager is not a “universal genius”: realizing this, the American practice of selecting managers put the main emphasis on organizational abilities.
