Symposia: Female Future Leaders
- Age - from 16 to 18 years,
- The training period is two weeks.
The Summer Program for Future Women Leaders offers multidisciplinary leadership research for engaged and motivated young girls. The course covers a range of subjects, from STEM to entrepreneurship and business, and offers students coaching and mentoring from leading faculty.
Over the course of two weeks, students will study a wide range of subjects at the university level, designed to help young women develop self-confidence. The course structure is based on the development of LEAD skills, which include leadership, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and development. Students will learn more about workplace navigation, female executives, competitive advantage, and more. By the end of the course, each young researcher presents their own presentation on their chosen field at a conference of specialists.
The profile program is based on the following areas:

- Public speaking,
- Conference.
In addition to participating in exciting extracurricular activities, students will immerse themselves in subjects such as politics, business, law, and science. Through a series of interactive lectures and workshops designed to develop leadership skills, they will explore the role of women in research for two weeks under the guidance of experienced faculty.
