Description
Engineering
- Age of participants: 13-15 16-18 years
- Duration: 2 weeks
- Maximum size of group: 12 people
- Level of English: high
- Number of lessons per week: 20.
The course consists of three large blocks designed to address all current problems and challenges in the field of engineering knowledge. The section "Civil Engineering" provides both a practical and theoretical understanding of the structures: bridges, high-rise buildings, dams and reservoirs, power stations, ports and transport systems. The section "Engineering for life sciences" reveals the main problems that future generations must overcome in such areas as: energy, sustainability, water availability and waste management (the section also includes studying components of modern and future energy processing). The last section - "Mechanical Engineering" - allows you to focus on the application of scientific knowledge to solve problems and design machines. Students work on a group project and receive a certificate.
