Summer Academic English Courses - Brentwood College School Academic Summer

  • Age of students: 12-18 years
  • Dates: July 21-August 11.
  • Duration: 3 weeks.

Effective combined course Brentwood College School Academic Summer combines language, academic studies with a rich program of extra-curricular leisure and leisure. This is an ideal opportunity to qualitatively prepare for longer, basic training programs (IB Diploma, Advanced Placement) and significantly improve their skills in both English and academic knowledge.

The maximum size of the class is 15 people: students are engaged in the Brentwood College School and can freely use the entire campus infrastructure, technical facilities and scientific and practical laboratories for classes.

The program works for children 12-18 years old. Students are divided into two large block-directions:

1) Exploration (12-14 years)

For students aged 12-14 (9-10 years of secondary school), a program on active development of language and academic skills has been prepared. Among the subjects studied:

  • mathematics
  • exact and natural sciences
  • art and creativity
  • humanities, social sciences.

The recommended level of English for admission is from B1 and higher.

2) Engagement (14-18 years)

Students of grades 11-12 are also engaged in a fairly intensive, intensive program, which includes English lessons and classes in the main disciplines of the school course. The subjects for the personal curriculum can be chosen independently: it prepares students for university and graduate classes (where the set of subjects is also conducted by the pupil himself), gives the chance to focus on studying the most important, priority disciplines.
