Program Undergraduate Pathway (International Year One)
- Age of participants: from 18 years old

- Participants: foreign students, students from Britain and EU countries.
A special adaptation program is developed for those who plan to enter Anglia Ruskin University, but they need support in developing academic knowledge and skills of English. Both foreign students and students from Britain and the countries of the European Union can take part in the program. To participate in the program, you must meet the academic requirements and the level of knowledge of the English language (if necessary, you can first be studied in English language courses). During two semesters, students master the skills of university education and improve their knowledge of academic disciplines relevant to the chosen direction. The educational process includes:

- Work in groups.
Teachers devote the maximum possible time to each student. The feedback system is clearly built up, for every difficult question the student receives all the answers he needs. To monitor progress, students regularly perform screening work, such as:

- Exams;
- Writing extended essays;
- Presentation of presentations;
- Course projects.
During the studying, students also receive assistance from university professors and specialists in the preferences and directions of future career development.
Teachers conduct special classes to develop career skills and job placement skills. Also, students receive assistance in the processes of adapting to the university lifestyle and rules, and to the system of education and life in Britain. By the end of the second semester, students significantly improve the level of academic knowledge and English.
After successful completion of the studies, students enter the second year of the bachelor's degree at Anglia Ruskin University for the chosen specialty from among the available ones.
