About the educational program: international applicants entering the US higher education institutions face a number of difficulties, namely: the language barrier, the new society, the methods and the education system. To successfully overcome these and related problems, the special curriculum is active - it includes the subjects of the first semester of the bachelor's degree, English classes and support for studies and adaptation. There are three types of eduaction, the type is chosen based on the level of English and academic knowledge:

  • Integrated Program (2 semesters);
  • Academic Accelerator Program (2 semesters);
  • Extended Program (3 semesters).

In each of them you can choose one of three directions:

  • Humanities and Social Sciences;
  • Science, technology, engineering, mathematics and information sciences;
  • Business and Finance.

Characteristics of the programs:

  • Flexibility - Students can change the direction of major in order to determine which of them is most interesting and for which one wants to develop further;
  • Professional group of support and counseling - Students receive assistance on all issues, starting with the application;
  • Small educational groups - A small number of people in the group makes it possible to give each student more attention and find a personal approach;
  • Involvement in the American way of life - Students attend excursions, events, travel, relax on the beach - get acquainted with the way of life and build social ties. The events are extensive and are held both on campus and in other places;
  • Career development - It is very important for foreign participants to gain knowledge about the structure of the labor market in the United States and the processes of employment. Seminars provide a solid base, and help to achieve success in finding work and initial career development.

All students attend special seminars "To live, learn, grow", aimed at personal and professional growth of first-year students. Seminars include:

  • Adaptation to the university way of life. Getting the information you need to support everyday life on campus and the student community. Participate in pilot lessons designed to build the knowledge and skills necessary for: access to campus resources, meeting requirements, time management, maintaining academic integrity, developing a planning skill and intercultural understanding.
  • Development of personal qualities of each student, contributing to success in interpersonal and intercultural dynamics, health management, analysis of career prospects, and support for personal and professional growth.
  • Promotion of academic performance. Students develop effective learning strategies.

Each type includes a set of academic disciplines in the chosen direction. In addition, participants are actively engaged in English (especially at the academic and extended courses, students, like undergraduate students, earn credits.) After completing the eduaction, students move to the second or third semester of the chosen bachelor's specialty.
