GCSE / IGCSE

A typical British program for students aged 14-16 (IGCSE is specially adapted for foreigners): this is a secondary education course leading to a prestigious certificate and prepares students to complete complex Six Form senior courses.

The complex, intensive two-year course is designed for graduates seeking to enroll in the best universities in the UK and the world (16-18 years old).

The first year (AS-level) studies 4-5 selected directions, the second year (A-level) only 3 of them remain. All students choose their disciplines, there is no compulsory curriculum: it gives you the opportunity to focus on the most priority disciplines and prepare to the selected university, faculty and specialty.

University foundation

One-year course, especially convenient for foreigners - it is often chosen even as an alternative to A-level (16-17 years old). It takes only a year and is aimed, among other things, at intensively improving the language skills of English - however, it should be borne in mind that the most privileged and prestigious universities in the UK consider the Foundation academically insufficient and require only A-level or IB certificates.

The three main subjects studied are ICT, mathematics and English. The rest of the disciplines are recruited depending on the direction and the department preferred by a particular student:

• Business: economics, accounting and auditing, business basics
• Law: doing business, course “Man and Society”, sociology, basic course of law
• Art and Design
• Engineering, higher mathematics, physics
• Natural sciences: biology, physics, chemistry
• Medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, pharmacology: special training in chemistry, biology, physics.

Summer English courses for children and teenagers

• Dates: June 9 - September 1
• Dates of arrival: at least 2 weeks, arrivals and departures on Sundays
• Age of students: 8-17 years
• Language learning: English.

An effective summer course is perfect for students of 8-17 years who want to spend time with pleasure, to significantly improve their level of English and prepare for long-term study abroad. The comprehensive course is aimed at strengthening and developing all the basic language aspects:

• Grammar
• Reading
• Listening (listening comprehension)
• Vocabulary (active vocabulary expansion)
• Writing
• Oral speech (spoken English)
• Phonetics (correct pronunciation, accent correction)
• Improving communication skills.

Additionally, successful students can prepare for the delivery of specialized exams: TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge exams, IGSE. Small classes of 12-16 people help to make the learning process more individualized and effective, and useful recommendations of teachers and curators - to outline the optimal future course of study. Every week, 16-18 hours of English are provided in differentiated groups: on the day of arrival, all students take an entrance test for their level of knowledge.
